Gorey Storage is a Wexford based self-storage company that has two sites located in Gorey, Co Wexford. Storage units are available for short or long term rental periods. Storage units come in a number of sizes with the majority sized at 20ft x 8ft.
Pearse Street Storage Location
The first of the sites is located on Pearse Street in Gorey (directly across from King Cod/Theatre Hall). This is an indoor unit which gives customers independent across using a remote control. Storage users can access 24 hours a day. As it is town centre location the storage facility is ideal for retailer, tradespeople and as an overflow for stock in shops etc. The storage unit is located inside the car park. There is an industrial style roller shutter doors giving access to the storage facility. Customers have remote control access to leave the carpark also.
Ballyloughan Business Park Storage Location
The newer second self storage site is located in Ballyloughan Business Park. This business Park is on the Arklow Road (close to John Bass Tyres and Boland’s Furniture). This is an outdoor facility mainly comprising of secure large shipping containers (20ft x 8ft). Again, each customer has 24 hour access with each user having their own key access. These units are ideal for home movers, tradesmen, local businesses or for storage of largebulky items.

The self storage containers range in size from small wooden boxes ( 6ft x 4ft x 4 ft high) up to large shipping containers (20ft x 8ft). See below for our exact size range both in feet and meters.
- Wooden boxes – 6 foot x 4 foot x 4 foot high (1.8meters x 1.2meters x 1.2 meters high)
- Storage Unit- 10 foot x 8 foot x7 foot high (3.0 meters x 2.4 meters x 2.1 meters high)
- Small Storage Containers- 10 foot x 8 foot x 7 foot high (3.0 meters x 2.4 meters x 2.1meters high)
- Large Storage Containers- 20 foot x 8 foot x 7 foot high (6.0 meters x 2.4 meters x 2.1meters high)

Both of our sites are accessible 24 hours a day all year round. Automatic lighting will allow you to access your unit at night.
We can arrange new customer viewings on evenings/weekends or preferrable on your own through our remote access facilities.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD?
There is no min or max rental period. Most of our customers pay per month for the storage units but shorter stays can be facilitated. Payment is made at the end of each month on a rolling basis. Customers can choose to stop using the storage unit whenever they wish with no notice required.
Often our customers do not know what size unit they require. Firstly, we recommend calling us to chat about the contents being stored and we can steer you to a recommended size. We also recommend that you come view the unit. If the customer is still unsure, they can start with a small unit and as needs require they can upgrade of a larger unit.
We do require that customers sign our contract and provide a form of photo ID (passport/driving licence etc). We can arrange for this to be printed or done via email.
Electric gates to access the property and 24 hour CCTV. Push button code access to enter facility. Each unit then has their own individual padlock. The storage facilities are also checked regularly day and night.
The majority of our customers pay for the units via bank transfer monthly however we also can take a cash payment or cheque. We will provide the IBAN details at the start of the rental period of the self storage unit.
No, like all storage facilities insurance is not included in the monthly charge because each customer has different needs. If you wish to take out insurance on your goods we recommend you speak to your insurance broker and extend your home insurance to include the contents of the self storage unit.
